Terms of Service

Last updated: April 18, 2026

Agreement

By using Unmissably, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Unmissably Does

Unmissably is a macOS menu bar app that reads your calendar events and displays meeting reminders. It connects to Google Calendar (via OAuth 2.0) and Apple Calendar (via EventKit) to retrieve event data.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the Google account you connect and the calendar data accessed through it.
  • You must have the right to access the calendars you connect to Unmissably.
  • You are responsible for keeping your macOS user account and Keychain secure, since OAuth tokens are stored there.

No Warranty

Unmissably is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The app may fail to detect a meeting link, may fail to display a reminder due to system conditions, or may experience issues with calendar sync. Do not rely on Unmissably as your sole method of tracking meetings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Unmissably are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including missed meetings, lost data, or system issues.

Google API Services

Unmissably's use of Google Calendar data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The app accesses Google data only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Unmissably and its source code are proprietary. Distribution is via the Mac App Store. The brand name, logo, and visual design are property of the Unmissably project.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
